How it works
Before the wedding
We meet with you to plan the coverage and understand what moments you most want captured. We discuss the timeline, key people, and the emotional beats that matter most.
On your wedding day
Your proposal identifies the coverage window and the moments planned for the premiere. We coordinate the filming and editing schedule around your actual timeline.
During your reception
While you and your guests are at dinner, our team is editing. We pull together the best moments from the day into a short, emotional film — ready to share while everyone is still in the room.
The premiere
We play the film on screen at a moment you choose. Your guests experience it together. Then the dance floor opens, and the night continues.

Filming
Coverage is planned around the timeline, people, and moments confirmed in your proposal.
Editing
A short film assembled during the wedding day for playback at the reception.
Equipment
The proposal confirms the camera, lighting, audio, and staffing plan for your event.
Delivery
The proposal and contract confirm the included films, delivery method, and schedule.
Same-day premiere can be added to any Film or Photo + Film package. It can also be booked as a standalone add-on for couples who already have other coverage.
